Baker Thor is baking bread

For those who know me, you probably already know how much I love making bread.

Bread has taught me patience, presence, and the joy of working with my hands. It’s a slow simple process and I’ve come to believe that there’s something deeply communal about it too. That’s why I’m inviting you to join me at one of the sourdough bread workshop I’m hosting (and plan to continue every first Sunday of the month).

We’ll get hands-on with dough, talk fermentation, bake in fire, and share snacks and drinks as we go.
