Hello, I’m Krishna! A mum of four who has experienced very different types of pregnancies and births, from singletons to twins, inductions to homebirths.

Despite the variety in the pregnancies (and life!), yoga was the one constant that supported me through every stage. It helped me stay grounded during pregnancy, empowered me during birth, and was a vital tool for my postpartum recovery.

In my prenatal yoga classes I share the same practical and powerful tools that helped me, no matter what your pregnancy journey looks like.

My goal is to help mothers feel better in their bodies and minds through yoga. I combine my knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Alignment Based Yoga, The Birthlight Method, Yoga Therapy & Hypnobirthing in my prenatal and postnatal yoga classes.

My approach is honest, practical and non-judgemental. This, coupled with over 500 hours of yoga training means I ensure your practice is a personalised experience, whether you’re in a 1:1, a group class or across the camera.
